Christmas Garden Returns to Dresden and Leipzig with Dazzling Displays

The popular light and music spectacle will illuminate historic parks in Saxony, attracting thousands of visitors from November to January.

The Christmas Garden in Dresden's Schlosspark Pillnitz will run from November 21 to January 12, 2025, featuring new and classic light installations.
Leipzig's agra-Park will host its second Christmas Garden from November 26 to January 5, 2025, with 30 installations transforming the park into a glittering wonderland.
Both events promise a blend of warm lights, shimmering colors, and musical elements, creating enchanting atmospheres in the dark winter months.
Special features in Leipzig include a 'Wishing Tree,' light shows with dancing snowflakes, and readings by actress Anna Thalbach and singer Mieze from the band MIA.
The Christmas Gardens are part of a larger European tradition, with previous events in Dresden and Leipzig drawing over 200,000 visitors combined.
