Holt and Joblon, who got engaged in 2017 and married in 2018, are already parents to two other children, James and Elle, born in March 2019 and September 2020 respectively.
Before becoming a mother, Holt suffered a miscarriage, an experience she shared publicly and stated brought her and Joblon closer together.
Holt, known for her roles in 'The Originals' and 'The Vampire Diaries', and Joblon, a real estate executive, began their relationship in 2017.
