Colorado Skydiver Dies in Accident, Parachutes Fail to Deploy

Gregory Coates, a 36-year-old Colorado man, died in a skydiving accident when neither his primary nor reserve parachute deployed.
The accident occurred at the Vance Brand Municipal Airport, where Mile-Hi Skydiving operates.

Since 2018, there have been six deaths associated with Mile-Hi Skydiving.
Coates was wearing a wingsuit at the time of the accident.
