Conduit Raises $36 Million to Expand Stablecoin-Based Cross-Border Payments

With Dragonfly Capital leading the round, Conduit will use the funds to launch services in five Asian countries by year’s end.

  • The Series A round was led by Dragonfly Capital and included backing from Sound Ventures, Altos Ventures, Digital Currency Group, Commerce Ventures and Circle Ventures.
  • Conduit’s platform enables businesses to send and receive stablecoins and local currencies across 14 fiat networks in nine countries.
  • Since its late-2023 launch, the Boston-based startup processes over $10 billion in annual transactions and serves more than 5,000 merchants alongside 100 embedded fintech platforms.
  • Clients have collectively saved 60,000 hours in settlement time and avoided over $55 million in fees through Conduit’s service.
  • Dragonfly Capital partner Rob Hadick will join Conduit’s board as part of the funding agreement.
