Bannister's actions caused Tweedy to fear for her safety and that of her seven-year-old son, Bear, whom she shares with the late Liam Payne.
The court heard Bannister had a history of obsessive behavior toward Tweedy, including sending disturbing messages and flowers in 2023.
District Judge Arvind Sharma emphasized that Bannister knowingly caused significant distress, issuing him a new indefinite restraining order.
