Cookbook Author Frances Mayes Releases New Italian-Inspired Cookbook

Frances Mayes, who has written over 20 books including "Under the Tuscan Sun," has released a new cookbook called "Pasta Veloce."
The cookbook features quick and easy pasta recipes inspired by Italian cooking.
Recipes include Baked Gigli with Four Cheeses and Ten-Minute Tomato Sauce, Lemon Pistachio Linguine, and Penne with Pepperoni, Kale, Chickpeas and Sweet Peppers.
The cookbook is available for purchase for $35.
Mayes is promoting the new cookbook with selected recipes featured in various media publications.
