Crime Boss Oswald Cobblepot Takes Control in The Penguin Spinoff

Max's The Penguin series depicts Colin Farrell's character rising through Gotham's criminal underworld in the aftermath of The Batman film.
Following his breakout role in The Batman, Colin Farrell stars as an ambitious Oswald Cobblepot who seeks to become the new kingpin of Gotham's crime syndicates.
Batman does not appear in the series, which begins about a week after the events of The Batman and shows Gotham still rife with corruption and lawlessness.
Showrunner Reeves and star Farrell serve as executive producers for the series, set to debut in 2024, which follows Cobblepot's ruthless quest for power in Gotham's underworld.
