Cyberpunk 2077 Expansion Phantom Liberty Launching September 26, Overhauling Gameplay and Continuing Story

The expansion introduces Idris Elba as Agent Solomon Reed and brings Keanu Reeves back as Johnny Silverhand in a spy-thriller story set in Dogtown, a new area of Night City.
Gameplay improvements in Phantom Liberty, including an overhauled progression system, revamped combat, and new quest types, will also be applied to the base game for free.
Romantic relationships from the main game will continue in the expansion with new content for existing love interests.
Phantom Liberty will release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S for $30 but not on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.
CD Projekt Red considers Phantom Liberty a full AAA expansion and has raised the system requirements for Cyberpunk 2077, though the base game will still work on older hardware.
