Cyrille Eldin Receives Suspended Sentence for Psychological Abuse

The former TV host was sentenced to six months with a suspended sentence for psychological violence against his ex-partner, Sandrine Calvayrac.

Cyrille Eldin was found guilty of psychological violence, unauthorized weapon possession, and drug use, but was acquitted of death threat charges.
The court prohibited Eldin from contacting Sandrine Calvayrac for two years and banned him from carrying a weapon for five years.
Eldin must pay 3,000 euros in damages to Calvayrac, whose mental health deterioration was highlighted during the trial.
Despite the prosecution's requests, Eldin was not required to undergo therapy or attend a domestic violence awareness program.
The couple's relationship reportedly began to deteriorate following the birth of their son in March 2022, leading to the eventual separation and legal proceedings.
