Anne-Claire Boux, deputy mayor for health, follows with 27%, setting up a final contest between the two next weekend.
Fatoumata Koné and Aminata Niakaté, the other candidates, are eliminated after receiving 15% and 10% of votes, respectively.
The second round, held from March 21 to 23, will determine the Greens' candidate for the 2026 Paris mayoral election.
