David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan Cast as Superman and Lois Lane in James Gunn's Superman: Legacy

David Corenswet has been cast as Superman/Clark Kent in James Gunn's forthcoming film Superman: Legacy.
Rachel Brosnahan has been cast as Lois Lane in the same film.
The film will follow Clark Kent coming of age and reconciling his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing in Smallville, Kansas.
Gunn's Superman film is part of a wider slate of DC projects across film, TV, and animation over the next decade.
Filming for Superman: Legacy is set to begin in early 2024 ahead of a July 11, 2025 release date.
