Dead by Daylight Introduces Exciting 2v8 Mode with New Survivor Classes

The limited-time mode features two Killers versus eight Survivors and brings significant gameplay changes.

The 2v8 mode will be available from July 25 to August 8, 2024, and may become permanent based on player feedback.
Survivors can choose from four new classes: Escapist, Medic, Scout, and Guide, each with unique abilities.
Killers receive enhanced base abilities, with five Killers available in this mode's initial iteration.
Major gameplay changes include replacing hooks with cages and removing Perks and Add-Ons.
Voice chat is not supported in this mode, encouraging players to use external communication tools.
