The agreement covers over 4,000 songs, including both publishing and master recordings, as well as his Mau5trap label's catalog.
The deal also involves a shared interest in future releases from Deadmau5 and artists under Mau5trap, solidifying a long-term collaboration.
Create Music Group plans to remaster and re-release key catalog pieces, explore licensing opportunities, and expand into gaming, VR, and live streaming markets.
Deadmau5 cited his nearly two-decade relationship with Create Music Group as a key factor in the decision, expressing confidence in their ability to grow his music's reach.
