Delhi Police Serve Notice to Kejriwal and Atishi Over BJP Poaching Allegations

The police have asked Kejriwal and Atishi to provide information on the allegations by February 5, indicating they may have information on a cognisable offence.
Kejriwal remains defiant, stating he will not join the BJP and asserts that his government's work in improving public services in Delhi is commendable.
The allegations come amid claims by Kejriwal that the BJP has a plan to topple the AAP government in Delhi by poaching MLAs.
