Pedestrians and two-wheeler riders were identified as the most vulnerable, making up 43% and 38% of road fatalities, respectively.
The number of prosecutions for traffic violations increased by 45%, highlighting intensified enforcement efforts.
Delhi Traffic Police have identified 10 high-risk 'black spots' and recommended design interventions to improve road safety.
