Diddy's former girlfriend, Cassie, has filed a lawsuit accusing him of rape and repeated abuse over nearly a decade.
Cassie alleges that Diddy frequently beat her, forced her to engage in sex acts with male prostitutes, and raped her as she was trying to end their relationship in 2018.
Several artists who were signed to Diddy's record label have expressed support for Cassie, including Aubrey O’Day, Dawn Richard, and Wanita “D. Woods” Woodgett.
Diddy's lawyer, Ben Brafman, has denied the allegations, stating that Cassie had been demanding $30 million from Diddy under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship.
Cassie and Diddy had an on-and-off relationship for more than a decade before parting ways in 2018.
