Disney World Overhauls Skip-the-Line System with New Lightning Lane Passes

Resort-wide changes include retiring Genie+ service, increasing support staff, and introducing new planning tools for visitors.

Starting July 24, Disney Genie+ will be replaced by Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Individual Lightning Lane Single Pass.
Guests can pre-plan and hold up to three Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections at a time.
Disney Resort hotels and Guest Relations will offer extra support to assist with the transition.
The changes aim to streamline guest planning and enhance the overall park experience.
Visitors are advised to update the My Disney Experience app to access the new system.
