Kroy Biermann filed for divorce on May 5 and requested sole legal and physical custody of their four minor children.
Kroy is alleging that Kim has a "very troubling" gambling problem that financially devastated their family and is concerned for their children's safety and well-being.
Kim requested that Kroy undergo a drug test and is seeking joint legal and primary physical custody of their children, as well as temporary and permanent child support and alimony.
The duo owes more than $1 million of unpaid taxes and penalties to the IRS.
