The recalled products include cooked chorizo, smoked pork ribs, sweet cooked ham, Cuban-brand mortadella, and smoked pork loin, all with an expiration date of 3/30/2024.
The products were distributed to retail locations throughout Florida and bear the establishment number “EST. 34257” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
No confirmed reports of adverse reactions have been reported, but listeriosis can cause serious health issues, particularly in older adults, pregnant women, and those with weakened immune systems.
Consumers who have purchased the recalled products are urged not to consume them and to return them to the place of purchase or dispose of them.
