Driver Arrested After Speeding Mercedes Kills Four in Dehradun

Four laborers were killed on the spot, while two scooter riders sustained serious leg injuries and were hospitalized.
The driver, identified as Vansh Katyal, was arrested near ISBT and will be presented in court; police are investigating further details, including the involvement of other passengers.
