Johnson’s 4Aces GC leads the team standings at 20-under, five strokes ahead of Phil Mickelson’s HyFlyers GC, with Sergio Garcia’s Fireballs GC in third place.
Niemann shot a 7-under 64 in the second round, while Johnson followed his opening 63 with a 3-under 68, setting up their duel in the leaders’ group for the final round.
The individual winner will take home $4 million of the $20 million purse, while the winning team will share a $3 million prize.
The final round will feature a shotgun start at 9:00 AM ET, with the leaders’ group teeing off at 9:16 AM ET; coverage will be available on FS1, FS2, and the FOX Sports app.
