Edmund Davis, 36, pleads not guilty to two felony child sex abuse charges in Montana court, related to images found on his cell phone.
Davis had been living with Alicia Navarro, who disappeared from her Arizona home four years ago and resurfaced in Montana in July 2022.
Navarro, now 18, had been living with Davis for at least a year, locals said, while he told people she was his niece.
Navarro has since been reunited with her mother, Jessica Nunez, who released a video telling parents of other missing children that 'miracles do happen.'
Davis has not been charged in Navarro's disappearance.
