Couple suspects local eagle dropped fish, causing significant windshield damage

Cynthia and Jeff Levine's Tesla was struck by a fish falling from the sky.
The incident, captured on dashcam, left fish scales and blood on the windshield.
The Levines believe a nearby eagle's nest is the source of the falling fish.
This is not the first time falling fish have caused damage or power outages in the area.
The couple is working with their insurance to cover the repair costs.
