Father charged with killing sons in ‘planned execution,’ could face death penalty

Chad Doerman has been indicted on three counts of aggravated murder for fatally shooting his three young sons.
Doerman admitted to planning the shooting and hunting down one son who tried to flee.
The boy’s mother was shot in the hand trying to shield her sons and received non-life-threatening injuries.
Doerman could face the death penalty for the charges of aggravated murder, kidnapping, and assault.
Motive for the slayings has not been released and Doerman is being held without bail.
