• The tissue box toy's small support bracket can detach, while the Brunch & Go Stroller Toy's egg yolk component can crack into small pieces.
• Approximately 15,300 tissue box toys were sold in the U.S. and 2,000 in Canada, while nearly 253,000 Brunch & Go Stroller Toys were sold in the U.S. and 4,500 in Canada.
• No injuries have been reported, but there have been six incidents across the two products, with some cases involving infants placing detached parts in their mouths.
• Consumers are instructed to stop using the toys, mark them with recall identifiers, and upload photos to Fisher-Price's website to receive free replacements.
