Florida Man Formally Charged with Murder of Wife Found in His Storage Unit

Cory Hill, already in jail for attempted murder, faces potential first-degree murder indictment as investigation continues.

Cory Hill, 51, has been formally charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of his wife Shakeira Rucker, 37, whose body was found in his storage unit in Apopka, Florida.
Hill was already in jail for attempted second-degree murder after allegedly shooting at his ex-girlfriend and her family.
Rucker was last seen by family members on November 11 and her body was found later that month in the storage unit after a worker reported a smell emanating from the unit.
Rucker suffered multiple gunshot wounds and Hill could later be indicted with first-degree murder as investigators continue to build their case.
Rucker's family has set up a GoFundMe page for her four children, ages 7 through 18.
