Florida Man Sentenced for Stealing Sports Camp Tuition

- Belhassan was found guilty on two counts of wire fraud in October 2023.
- He falsely claimed he would operate MB Sports Camps at a Boston-area college starting in fall 2018, despite lacking the appropriate permits.
- Belhassan defrauded a financing company using a fraudulent contract with a forged signature of a college administrator to obtain operating funds for his nonexistent camp.
- He was also sentenced to two years of supervised release and ordered to pay restitution of $575,427 and forfeiture of $443,346.
