Florida Teen Arrested After Spray-Painting Neighbor's Car in Misguided Revenge

Evelina Fabianski, 18, and a 16-year-old accomplice spray-painted and egged a black Infiniti in Deltona, Florida, mistakenly believing it belonged to Fabianski's ex-boyfriend.
The vandalized car, which actually belonged to a neighbor, was defaced with bright yellow spray paint and hateful messages, causing an estimated $5,000 in damages.
Police discovered Fabianski and her accomplice with yellow spray paint on their clothing, open containers of alcohol, and over 20 grams of marijuana in their possession.
Fabianski faces charges including criminal mischief, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of alcohol under 21, and driving under the influence.
The 16-year-old accomplice was charged with marijuana possession, while the car’s owner expressed frustration over the incident and advised Fabianski against ruining her life over a breakup.
