Fontaines D.C. Cancels South American Tour Dates Due to Frontman’s Injury

Grian Chatten's herniated disc requires urgent medical attention, but U.S. and European tours remain on schedule for now.

Fontaines D.C. has canceled five tour dates in Mexico and South America after Grian Chatten suffered a herniated disc.
The canceled shows included performances at major Lollapalooza festivals in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia.
Chatten announced the cancellations via Instagram, expressing regret and gratitude for fans' support.
The band’s U.S. tour in April and May is currently unaffected, with plans to resume European and UK shows later in 2025.
This setback follows the release of their February 2025 single, 'It’s Amazing To Be Young,' their first new music since the 2024 album 'Romance.'
