Former 'Bachelorette' Star DeAnna Pappas Arrested After Dispute With Ex-Husband

DeAnna Pappas was arrested on a misdemeanor charge following allegations of domestic violence and alcohol use during a contentious exchange with her ex-husband, Stephen Stagliano.

DeAnna Pappas was arrested on February 27 and released the same day on $20,000 bond; her court date is set for March 20.
The arrest followed an altercation at her home, during which her ex-husband, Stephen Stagliano, accused her of being intoxicated and claimed she assaulted him.
Pappas denied the allegations, stating she voluntarily submitted to drug and alcohol testing after her release, which came back negative.
The former couple, who finalized their divorce in June 2024, share two children and had agreed not to consume alcohol around them during custody periods.
Pappas has filed a restraining order against Stagliano, citing a history of alleged attempts to alienate their children from her by accusing her of alcoholism.
