Four Arrested in Bristol Stabbing Incident that Killed Two Teenagers
Community mourns as police continue investigation into fatal attack on Mason Rist and Max Dixon.
- Two teenagers, Mason Rist, 15, and Max Dixon, 16, were stabbed to death in the Knowle West area of south Bristol on Saturday evening by a group of people who then fled the scene in a car.
- Four people have been arrested in connection with the incident, including a 44-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy, with further suspects still being sought.
- Police officers arrived at the scene within minutes of the attack and provided first aid to the victims, who were then taken to two hospitals – Southmead Hospital and Bristol Royal Hospital for Children – where they died in the early hours of Sunday morning.
- A vigil was held near the scene of the attack, with members of the local community lighting candles and placing flowers for the victims.
- Police have launched a murder investigation and are keen to speak to passengers who were on a double-decker bus that was travelling past as the attack happened.
