Overview

• The accident occurred on May 24, 2025, near Guvvala Cheruvu village in Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh, on National Highway-40.
• A truck attempting a high-speed overtaking maneuver hit a car from behind, killing four family members, including two children, and injuring three others.
• The victims, traveling from Bengaluru to their native place Badvel, included Srikanth Reddy (34), Sireesha Reddy (32), and two children, Rishikeshwar Reddy (10) and Harshini Reddy (8).
