Full Video of Delphi Murders 'Bridge Guy' Released Online as Convicted Killer Appeals Verdict

The 43-second video, recorded by one of the victims, captures chilling moments before the 2017 murders of two Indiana teens.

The video, filmed by Liberty German on her phone, shows her and Abigail Williams being followed by the man known as 'Bridge Guy' shortly before their murders in February 2017.
Previously unreleased footage was posted on a website supporting Richard Allen, who was convicted of the murders in December 2024 and sentenced to 130 years in prison.
In the video, the girls appear nervous, whispering to each other about the man behind them, and are heard discussing their path before the man says, 'Guys, down the hill.'
Prosecutors argued during Allen's trial that he was 'Bridge Guy' and had confessed to the murders during prison phone calls, though his defense claims his mental state was impaired.
Allen's attorneys filed an appeal this week, arguing that his trial was unfair, while distancing themselves from the website where the video was shared.
