Full Video of Delphi Murders Victims’ Final Moments Released by Richard Allen Supporters

The 43-second video, filmed by one of the victims, shows the convicted killer following the teens just before their deaths and has been released as Allen’s legal team files an appeal.

The video, recorded on Liberty German’s phone in February 2017, shows her and Abigail Williams encountering the man known as 'Bridge Guy' while walking on a bridge in Delphi, Indiana.
Previously only snippets of the footage were released to the public, but the full 43-second clip has now been shared on a website created by supporters of Richard Allen, who was convicted of the murders.
In the video, the girls appear nervous as they discuss their path and the man following them, with audio capturing him instructing them to go 'down the hill' before the video abruptly ends.
Richard Allen was convicted in December 2024 of four counts of murder and sentenced to 130 years in prison, with prosecutors citing the video and his confessions as key evidence during the trial.
Allen’s defense team has filed an appeal, alleging legal errors and withheld evidence during the trial, but they claim no connection to the website or the video’s release.
