GameFreak Releases Free Epilogue for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, Introduces New Pokemon

Players Must Complete Main Content and Both DLCs to Start Epilogue, Which Involves New Fights and Wraps Up the Story

GameFreak releases a free epilogue for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, introducing a new Pokemon called Pecharunt.
The epilogue can be started after completing the main content of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, including both DLCs, The Teal Mask and Indigo Disk.
To start the epilogue, players must collect the Mythical Pecha Berry through the Poke Portal and then travel to Kitakami and Mossui Town.
The epilogue involves several new fights, meeting old friends, and wrapping up the story.
Pecharunt, the new Pokemon introduced in the epilogue, is part of the legend of the Loyal Trio in Kitikami and can be caught after completing a short story campaign.
