Georgia Receiver Arrested, Charged With Four Misdemeanors

De’Nylon Morrissette, a sophomore receiver for the University of Georgia, was arrested and charged with four misdemeanors including driving under the influence of drugs.
Morrissette was also charged with driving too closely, speeding, and violating license restrictions.
Morrissette played in 10 games last season as a freshman and was expected to be part of Georgia's receiver rotation this year.
No further details have been released by the Oconee County Sheriff's office.
Neither Georgia's athletic department nor football program has commented on the arrest yet.
