The LKA Niedersachsen has published two newly uncovered photos from 2006 of Ernst-Volker Staub, a fugitive linked to the disbanded Red Army Faction's third generation.
Staub is suspected of using multiple aliases, including 'Peter,' to secure housing, purchase vehicles, and obtain private medical care while evading capture.
Investigators believe Staub and his accomplice, Burkhard Garweg, paid for private medical treatments in cash due to a lack of health insurance, and Staub may regularly visit opticians or eye doctors.
The public, particularly medical professionals, landlords, and car sellers, is urged to provide any relevant information about Staub's activities or aliases.
Staub, wanted for a series of armed robberies committed between 1999 and 2016, remains at large, with no concrete evidence of his current whereabouts or condition.
