Authorities allege that Victoria conspired with Florida inmate Grant Amato, who is serving a life sentence for the murder of his family, to hire a hitman for $11,515.
Police uncovered incriminating messages between Victoria and Amato, where she reportedly expressed reluctance to seek divorce and instead discussed plans to 'end' her husband’s life.
The alleged plot was discovered in October 2024 when corrections officers found contraband on Amato, leading to Victoria’s arrest in early March 2025.
Victoria, who has denied wanting her husband killed, remains in custody on $100,000 bail, with her next court appearance scheduled for March 25.
