'Good Omens' Renewed for Final Season on Amazon Prime Video

Creator Neil Gaiman to conclude the story he and Terry Pratchett plotted in 1989 and 2006

Amazon Prime Video has renewed 'Good Omens' for a third and final season, with filming set to begin soon in Scotland.
The series, based on the book by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, follows the adventures of an angel and a demon played by Michael Sheen and David Tennant respectively.
Creator Neil Gaiman has stated that the final season will conclude the story he and Pratchett plotted in 1989 and 2006, dealing once more with the end of the world.
The release date for the final season has not yet been announced.
The renewal continues Amazon MGM Studios' relationship with Gaiman, who has a first-look deal with the studio.
