• Google announced that its AI assistant Gemini will fully replace Google Assistant on most mobile devices by the end of 2025.
• Devices running Android 10 or later with at least 2GB of RAM will be upgraded to Gemini, while older devices will retain Google Assistant functionality for now.
• In addition to phones, Gemini will roll out to tablets, cars, headphones, smartwatches, and other connected devices, with plans for home devices like speakers and TVs to follow.
