Hackers Display AI Video of Trump Kissing Musk’s Feet on HUD Monitors

An AI-generated video of President Donald Trump kissing Elon Musk's feet, with the caption 'LONG LIVE THE REAL KING,' was displayed on monitors at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) headquarters on Monday.
The video was reportedly played on a loop for several minutes before staff manually turned off the monitors, as they were unable to stop the broadcast remotely.
The incident coincided with federal workers returning to offices under a new Trump administration directive and followed Musk's controversial push for mass layoffs and workforce efficiency measures through the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
HUD spokesperson Kasey Lovett condemned the prank as a waste of taxpayer resources and confirmed that legal and disciplinary actions are being explored.
The video, which mocked the perceived power dynamics between Trump and Musk, has fueled ongoing criticisms of Musk's influence in the administration and the broader federal workforce cuts.
