Hansa Rostock's Match Against Unterhaching Postponed Due to Safety Concerns

The scheduled 3rd division match between Hansa Rostock and SpVgg Unterhaching on Sunday has been postponed after Unterhaching's stadium was closed by local authorities due to an inadequate safety plan.
The municipality of Unterhaching determined that the security measures previously approved for the venue were no longer sufficient, citing safety risks in and around the stadium.
Hansa Rostock's management and local police clarified that the decision was not directly related to recent fan violence during Hansa's match against Dynamo Dresden, which resulted in 51 injuries.
The German Football Association (DFB) was surprised by the stadium closure and stated that relocating the match to a neutral venue on short notice was not feasible.
Both the DFB and Hansa Rostock are reviewing the legal implications of the decision, and a new date for the match has yet to be announced.
