Harry Styles Stalker Sentenced to 14 Weeks in Jail

Myra Carvalho, a 35-year-old fan of Harry Styles, has been sentenced to 14 weeks in jail for sending the singer 8,000 cards in a month, pleading guilty to stalking involving serious alarm or distress.

Myra Carvalho, originally from Brazil, has been banned from contacting Styles and attending his performances for 10 years.
Carvalho must also pay a £134 victim surcharge as part of her sentencing.
The court has ordered Carvalho to avoid northwest London, where Styles resides.
This is not the first stalking incident for Styles; he faced similar issues in 2019 with another stalker.
Styles has recently been seen at public events, following the end of his nearly two-year world tour.
