Harvard University to Launch Course on Taylor Swift in Spring 2024

Harvard University is launching a new course titled 'Taylor Swift and Her World' in the spring of 2024, led by English professor Stephanie Burt.
The course will explore Taylor Swift's work as a songwriter, her fan culture, and her connection to other forms of literary creation.
Professor Burt estimates that around 300 students have already signed up for the course, which will not have a cap on enrollment.
Other universities, including the University of Florida, University of Texas, Arizona State University, Stanford University, and UC Berkeley, are also offering courses dedicated to Taylor Swift.
Swift's personal life, including her relationship with Travis Kelce, will also be a topic of discussion in the Harvard course.
