Heat's Tyler Herro Cleared for Non-Contact Work as He Recovers From Broken Hand

Tyler Herro has been cleared to resume non-contact court work after breaking his hand in the first half of the Heat's first playoff game.
Herro can participate in "non-contact court work" but cannot take contact yet as he recovers from a broken right hand suffered in Miami's first playoff game against Milwaukee.
There is no timetable for Herro's return to games, though the Heat have been playing well in his absence by starting Max Strus and using Duncan Robinson off the bench.
Despite Herro's injury, the Heat are one win away from sweeping the Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Herro emerged as a starter for the Heat this season after winning the NBA's Sixth Man of the Year award in 2022.
