Helicopter Crash Near Pune Claims Three Lives

A private helicopter carrying two pilots and an engineer crashed in a hilly area near Bavdhan shortly after take-off.

The helicopter took off from Oxford Golf Club's helipad and crashed around 6:45 a.m. in dense fog conditions.
The crash resulted in a fire, and the wreckage was found scattered with parts of the fuselage still burning.
The helicopter was identified as belonging to Heritage Aviation and was chartered by the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP).
The victims were two pilots, Paramjit Singh and G K Pillai, and an engineer, Pritam Bharadwaj.
An investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of the crash, with initial reports suggesting dense fog as a possible factor.
