Highly sought 7-foot Syracuse transfer Jesse Edwards commits to West Virginia

Jesse Edwards, former Syracuse center, has committed to play at West Virginia next season.
Edwards is ranked the No. 3 player available in the transfer portal by ESPN.
Edwards averaged 14.5 points, 10.3 rebounds, 2.7 blocks and 1.3 steals in 32.6 minutes for Syracuse last season.
Edwards chose West Virginia over Kansas, Michigan, Gonzaga, Texas Tech, and Virginia Tech.
Edwards has one year of NCAA eligibility remaining and is one of the most experienced players in college basketball.
