Houston Mall Employee Arrested for Child Sexual Exploitation

Arthur Hector Fernandez III is in federal custody after videos surfaced on the dark web showing him and at least six other men sexually abusing two toddlers in a public restroom at the Galleria Mall in Houston, Texas.

Arthur Hector Fernandez III, a 29-year-old former employee at the Galleria Mall in Houston, Texas, has been arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of children.
The FBI was alerted by the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) to four videos on the dark web showing Fernandez and at least six other men sexually abusing two toddlers in a public restroom at the mall.
The toddlers, aged between two and three, were identified through social media and recognized by their relatives, who were friends with Fernandez and had left their children in his care while they worked at the mall.
Fernandez was identified in the videos by his distinctive silver bracelets and white Converse All-Star shoes, which were recognized by the victims' relatives and found in a search of his residence.
The judge presiding over the case described the evidence as 'overwhelming and revolting', and ordered Fernandez to remain in custody pending trial.
