Houston Rapper 'Viper' Arrested for Aggravated Kidnapping

Lee Carter, a Houston rapper known as 'Viper', has been arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping, accused of holding a woman captive in his garage for over four years.
The woman, who was pregnant when Carter allegedly kidnapped her, claims she was repeatedly sexually abused, forced to take narcotics, and kept in squalid conditions.
The victim managed to contact the police in April 2023 using Carter's laptop, leading to his arrest in January 2024.
Upon discovery, the woman was severely malnourished, weighing approximately 70 pounds, and claimed she had not showered for months.
The whereabouts of the woman, or what happened to the possible baby involved in the case, are currently unknown.
