HP Announces Omen 16 Slim Gaming Laptop With RTX 5070 GPU and Slimmer Design

The new 16-inch gaming laptop, 16% thinner than its predecessor, is set to launch in June 2025 but pricing details remain undisclosed.

The Omen 16 Slim features an Nvidia RTX 5070 GPU and Intel Arrow Lake CPUs, with configurations ranging from Core Ultra 5 to Core Ultra 9.
Its 16-inch display offers resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 and refresh rates up to 240Hz, catering to gamers seeking high-performance visuals.
The laptop is 16% slimmer than the standard Omen 16, measuring 19.99mm at its thinnest point, and weighs approximately 5.4 pounds.
Connectivity options include USB-C, multiple USB-A ports, HDMI 2.1, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi 6E support, ensuring versatile functionality.
HP is also refreshing its Omen and Victus gaming laptop lines, including updates to the Omen 17, Omen Transcend 14, and Victus 15 models.
